We’re Looking for a Professional Business Generator

Can you help us expand our client portfolio?

Blueprint Interiors is growing and we’re looking for a professional business generator to help us expand our already impressive client portfolio.

If you have knowledge and experience of how to consult with decision makers who are considering an office fit-out project then we’d like to hear from you.

About you

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has previously worked in the interior design and build market, or has first-hand experience in workplace consultancy or change management.

Our key requirement is that you’re able to have a needs-based discussion and are able explain the benefits of adopting a consultative approach to workplace design.

We’re looking for someone who can help us with our ambition to be the ‘go to company’ for advice and guidance on how to transform workplaces into environments that inspire people to work to their full potential.

As you can tell, this is not a product focused sales position. We’re instead looking for someone who’s confident, enthusiastic and a strategic thinker.

The ability to build long term relationships and succinctly convey our unique proposition are the key differentiators.

If you have an existing network of contacts that would be great. If you don’t, we’ll support you to network and have business conversations in order to create a pipeline of self-generated opportunities that will result in new project appointments.

We can do this because we know what makes people tick and how to design workplaces that ensure people are happy and motivated. It will be part of your role to ensure our unique selling proposition is clearly communicated.

For these reasons, we’re not necessarily looking for someone with full-time sales experience. But we do hope that you’ll be able to explain how your involvement in similar scenarios has created revenue generating opportunities.

Salary for the role will reflect experience and potential, and will be made up of basic and commission with a company wide performance bonus and car allowance.
