Two New Senior Appointments In the Blueprint Interiors Team!
We’re happy to have recently announced two new senior appointments in the team.
Joining the team are experienced project designer Hannah Morris and bid manager, Neil Fox. The appointments result from the need to add to our design and delivery team to meet the demand from HR Directors and office owners who are re-thinking their office space needs. Many of whom have recognised the need to accommodate more flexible work arrangements and need advice on workplace strategy and design.
Hannah has a degree in interior design and will work with our clients to understand their briefs and transform their vision into reality by creating innovative design concepts and plans to include 3D visuals that show exactly how their space will work.
Commenting she said,
“I am really excited about the opportunity to grow and develop my knowledge and experience within a company that has a strong culture and a welcoming work environment. I found their ‘people-first’ approach to design incredibly refreshing and this appealed to the values I aspire to achieve in the designs I create for clients.”
Neil has previously held interim MD, project management and business development roles within several construction businesses and has a degree in mechanical engineering. He’s also is partway through his studies to become a quantity surveyor. In his new role, Neil will be responsible for ensuring client expectations and financial objectives are achieved from the pre-contract stage right the way through to final delivery and completion.
Neil added,
“The ethos of the business is very aligned to mine in terms of creating workspaces according to the needs of the people using them. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do in the built environment and this also resonated with my studies. I am passionate about ensuring the buildings we design protect the environment and the mental health and wellbeing of those using the workspaces created.”
We’ve enjoyed a busy first half to 2021 and have won over £1.5 million of new contracts. These include Yü Energy’s new offices in Leicester, the R&D division of a major pet food company, and Consultus Group, a leading energy conversion systems provider. New wins also include projects for a plastics distributor, an orthotics manufacturer and several office fit-outs within UK science parks.
