Throughout his three and a half decades in interior design and fit out, Rob’s commitment to exceptional personal service has never wavered. He now spends much of his time building relationships with clients and suppliers, and growing the Blueprint team.
Rachel is a key player in the Manage and Fit Out stages of your project, where she coordinates Blueprint teams alongside our sub-contractor partners to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll get to know Chloe well in the Define and Design stages of your project, where she’ll help identify your work space issues and then coordinate our design and contracts teams to shape an effective solution.
Non Executive Director
Steve has a wealth of experience in the finance industry, including 30 years at Barclays which saw him progress to Area Director. His strategic expertise plays a critical role in helping to shape Blueprint’s future.
Kim is able to come up with brilliant practical design solutions that really make the most of your space. She is responsible for the design team and keeping up to speed with industry trends, so they can bring you the benefit of the latest products, furnishing and finishes.
Rebecca has been working in the office design and fit out world for 7 years, so has an extensive knowledge of solving space issues whilst creating the visual impact you’re after. This strong design base, coupled with her understanding of how to keep budgets and timelines on target, ensures the projects are a success.
Keiren has worked across a number of sectors from the workplace through to hospitality, leisure, healthcare and education. Working on projects from grade listed buildings to new builds and all in between has given him an extensive knowledge on regulations, restrictions and designing for environments that are to be used by thousands of users.
Senior Contracts Manager
John manages the contracts team to achieve an excellent finish, while also ensuring that your experience of the fit out is smooth and enjoyable. John's industry experience has put him in an excellent position to manage our trusted team of subcontractors.
Andy is responsible for organising contractors, ordering materials and setting up your site ready for fit out. Andy has vast experience in the commercial fit out industry, having worked as both a contracts manager and project manager on projects for leading retailers.
Accounts & Projects Administrator
Pam is responsible for all company financial matters. She works on the admin for the financial side of your project whilst also working with in-house teams and sub-contractors to process orders and arrange deliveries to site.
Behind the scenes, Gemma puts her sharp organisational skills to work on your project’s logistics – helping to make sure that the right people and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
Hannah lends admin support to our teams wherever it’s needed most. Much of her work is currently focused on helping the contracts team organise the set-up of your site, and putting together documents such as your Operations and Maintenance manual.

Head of Business Development
Andrew has 12 years of experience in the commercial interior and office furniture sector, working closely with businesses to achieve their ideal working environment. Andrew is responsible for developing new business opportunities and client relationships at Blueprint Interiors.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Piotr runs our marketing campaigns and is responsible for developing digital content – including everything you see on this website. Other key aspects of his role are creating an effective marketing strategy and defining and strengthening the Blueprint brand.
