Andy Lillington

I’m Pre-Construction Manager here at Blueprint Interiors.

I’m responsible for building quotations, and specifications – working alongside the design team as part of the bid process. I also liaise with sub-contractors and prepare correct and detailed information that allows for a smooth handover to the delivery team when each project starts on site.

What prior experience do you have?

I’ve been working in the construction industry for over 20 years now, with the last 10 specifically in the interior design and build market.

Why did you choose to join the company?

The opportunity to work for a people-first company that lives and breathes this ethos both internally and for its clients and the community was hard to pass up. WorkLife Central also appealed as an awesome collaborative environment (and its high-quality coffee machine was a bonus!).

What hobbies do you have?

I coach American Football for Tamworth Phoenix Phutures Academy which I love doing. I also enjoy cooking, baking and getting the BBQ out (weather permitting!).

Have you done anything unusual for charity?

I recently completed the assent to Everest Base Camp for charity in May 2022 which was an incredible experience.
