Blueprint Brings Colour to Rainbows Fit-Out
We are pleased to share with you all the finished result of our recently completed fit-out for Loughborough-based charity, Rainbows Hospice.
This was an incredibly special project for the team here at Blueprint. It was fantastic to receive such a great response from our supplier and subcontractor base, who all came together to deliver this amazing fit-out. The Rainbows team can continue its mission and fantastic work of making every minute special for children with a short life to live who have a lot of living to do.
The previous office space comprised two floors which were used by Rainbows’ marketing, administrative, fundraising and finance teams, as well as its team of volunteers.
The space was cramped and split into several individual offices. We identified the need to create a more open plan office space by removing the several smaller partitioned offices, creating a better working space for Rainbows staff, enabling them to effectively work and collaborate more easily.
With an open plan space, we wanted to showcase the colourful Rainbows brand as much as possible. Our aim was to create a bright and colourful space with multiple breakout areas.
Commenting on the project, our Operations Director, Rachel Biddles, said: “We are extremely pleased with how this project has gone from start to finish. Everybody who has been involved has been amazing and the support we have been provided with has been fantastic.
“I am extremely proud of what the whole team has been able to achieve in such a short timescale and it’s a pleasure seeing Rainbows staff enjoying their vibrant new office environment so much!”
Andrew Ball, Director of Income Generation, who we have been working with closely on this project, said:

Improving our working environment will lead to an increase in productivity and cohesiveness across our fundraising and communication teams.
