Worldline Wolverhampton
An updated office for Worldline's busy contact and credit centre in Wolverhampton.
Continuing a shared design journey
After the success of previous projects in Beeston and Darlington, we’ve once again partnered with Worldline to bring their workplace vision to life, this time in Wolverhampton.
This is the fourth space we’ve created together, and with each project, our collaboration has grown stronger.
Our shared goal has always been simple: to create spaces that are connected, accessible and designed to support people in every sense.

Delivering consistency across locations
Our relationship with Worldline has been built on trust and communication. Over the years, we’ve developed designs that connect their offices across the UK, giving every site the same quality and accessibility while reflecting the unique character of each location.
In Wolverhampton, the brief was to adapt this shared identity to suit a busy contact and credit centre, home to 80 employees. The team wanted a calm, efficient environment that still carried the warmth and familiarity of Worldline’s other offices.
Working within the same building but relocating to the top floor, we had the opportunity to start fresh. The result is a brighter, more spacious environment with improved acoustics, new social zones and updated technology throughout.
Collaboration at every step
From the very start, we worked closely with the Worldline team to understand what their people needed from the new workspace. Through regular site meetings and design reviews, the design evolved in response to real-time feedback and new ideas along the way.
Sharing regular progress photos and updates throughout the project meant the Wolverhampton team could follow the transformation every week. They saw meeting rooms being built, new technology arriving and the kitchen taking shape.
That visibility helped everyone feel part of the journey and built real excitement ahead of moving in. By the time the doors opened, colleagues were genuinely eager to return and experience their new workplace.
A workplace designed for people
The finished space is a reflection of Worldline’s culture, calm, connected and human.
We replaced the bright, high-energy tones of the previous office with a softer, neutral palette that supports focus and wellbeing. Careful zoning separates the Contact and Credit Centre teams, giving everyone the space they need while keeping the office open and sociable.
Supporting well-being was central to the brief. A new Hideout Room provides a quiet spot for personal calls or short breaks, while tactile materials and planting across the floor add texture, warmth and life, helping the space feel less like a traditional contact centre and more like a place people genuinely want to be in.
Social connection was just as important. The new kitchen and breakout area offer a dedicated place to recharge and catch up away from the desk.
With a large kitchen island, shared benches and even a pool table, it’s already become a well-used part of the office. For teams who spend much of the day on calls, these informal moments of interaction help reduce stress, build community and support a positive workplace culture.
Smart design for long-term impact
From the start, the Wolverhampton office was designed to perform through both smart technology and thoughtful, future-proof choices.
Technology plays a major role in how the space functions. The new boardroom, now the largest in Worldline’s UK portfolio, is equipped with interactive screens and wireless connectivity, making it easy to collaborate in person or online. Elsewhere, QR-to-PDF functionality allows colleagues to capture meeting notes straight from the screen, saving time and reducing friction in daily tasks.
Equally, many considered decisions were made to reduce waste and extend the life of existing resources. Monitors from the previous office were reused, suitable wall partitions retained, and greenery introduced to soften the environment and support wellbeing. Every finish was selected for durability and long-term performance, helping to create a workspace that will evolve with the business and continue to deliver over time.
“Each office has built another level of trust. Blueprint understand our requirements and often suggest things we hadn’t thought of, always tailored to what our teams actually need. The team are incredibly flexible, open to our ideas and always find a solution for us. We’ve built such a great relationship. They’re so knowledgeable, and if something’s outside their scope, they bring in the right experts.”
A partnership that keeps evolving
Wolverhampton represents another chapter in a long-term collaboration between Blueprint and Worldline, one that’s grounded in mutual respect and a shared commitment to creating workplaces that work for people.
Through every design and fit-out, we’ve helped Worldline deliver spaces that are consistent in quality but flexible enough to reflect the teams that use them.
Together we’re building a network of offices that support people in doing their best work, with spaces that make employees feel proud, comfortable and connected every day.
