We’ve been shortlisted for three awards!

We’re very excited to announce that this week, we’ve been shortlisted for three awards.

We are finalists for Leicestershire Live’s Women in Business, Women in Construction award, The Business Desk’s, The Business Masters, Disruptor award and Insider’s, East Midlands Property Dinner, Client Advisor of the Year award!

The Women in Construction award recognises outstanding women who’re working in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Through recognition and celebration of women’s achievements, it’s hoped that more females feel inspired and encouraged to work within this field.

Here at Blueprint Interiors, we’re lucky to have some incredible women on our core leadership team, and our wider team of course. We’re really looking forward to being able to celebrate all that they do, as well as their achievements over the years, at the awards evening in September – regardless of the outcome!

The Business Masters Disruptor award is new for 2021 and recognises those companies which have successfully disrupted their own business or industry to create a more exciting future.

Whilst we’ve always offered design-led workplace consultancy advice to create agile workspaces – the pandemic accelerated and heightened the awareness of what we have been championing for years – the need to understand how people really want to work. We’ve disrupted workplace design by championing the needs of the people who use these spaces, which is why we’ve been shortlisted. We have added to our unique design process by utilising the human givens approach and embracing professionally accredited wellbeing standards.

We pride ourselves on our ability to offer people-focused office design that enables employees to flourish in happy, healthy, and productive environments. Shown further by the fact that we’ve recently become the first company in the East Midlands, and in our industry nationally, to have been awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating.

This year is the East Midlands Property Dinner’s 21st year and we’re delighted to be joining them to celebrate a landmark anniversary in September. The Client Advisor of the Year award recognises professional firms who’ve had a major impact on regional property activity between May 2020 and April 2021.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed as we’d be honoured to win any of the three awards and will share updates on all entries in the coming months!
