We’re a finalist at the Leicestershire Live Innovation Awards 2019
We’ve been shortlisted as a finalist in the Innovation in Construction category at the Leicestershire Live Innovation Awards 2019, for the project at our own business home, WorkLife Central.
The awards celebrate individuals, teams, businesses and public sector bodies that are leading the way in research and development and in manufacturing techniques, software and digital technologies. Innovative manufacturers, engineers and construction specialists are also recognised.
Our award entry was based around the creation of our headquarters in Ashby, where we took a typical business park office building and transformed it into an agile work environment where we can accommodate up to 80 workspaces for individuals and teams. In reality, the quality and variety of places translates into a far more productive and healthier workspace for everyone who uses it.
We love inviting colleagues, partners and clients to visit us at WorkLife Central as it really demonstrates that any space can be modelled into an inspiring workplace.
The awards night is coming up on 3rd April at the King Power Stadium in Leicester, where we look forward to hearing about all of the other cutting-edge projects happening all over our county.
On being shortlisted for the award, our Chairman and Founder, Rob, said:

Our main aim with every project is to create better working worlds for all of our clients, and Work Life Central provides a living example of how innovation in workplace design can make this happen for any kind of business, whatever their space.”
As well as the awards night, there’ll be an expo featuring guest speakers sharing their expertise in innovation and technology and a chance for some of the county’s most exciting product developers and innovators to showcase their work. We can’t wait!
