We’re Sponsoring An Award at the East Midlands Bricks Awards 2021
This September, the East Midlands Bricks Awards will once again celebrate the region’s brightest stars within the commercial property sector. We’re proud to be the official sponsors for the Most Active Estate Agents of the Year category for the second year running.
Unfortunately, last year’s ceremony was moved online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a reduction in cases and eased restrictions mean that the 2021 celebration is to be held in person once again! The awards are Scheduled to take place on Thursday 30 September. This means that the night is set to be one of the first large scale networking events that property professionals will be able to attend for over a year.
The Most Active Agents award covers just one of ten categories, with each award surrounding different aspects of property and construction. We’ve chosen to once again sponsor this award in order to recognise the massive role that agents play within the commercial property community.
According to the East Midlands Business Link, the winner of this category will be the Estate Agents who has had the biggest impact on the commercial property sector over the last 12 months. This could be as a result of deals done, the quality of any given deal, or excellent customer service. The winner of this award will then be in contention for the “Overall Winner” award.
As employees begin to return to the workplace, property agents have seen a huge uplift in demand for their services. With this in mind, we expect that this category will be a very close call.
