Hamzah Khalid

I’m a Pre-Construction Assistant here at Blueprint.

I’m part of the wider Pre-Construction team, and my role involves preparing quotations, managing live project financials, nurturing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries.

I also help with site surveys, preparing technical information and health and safety documentation, and programme scheduling among other things.

Why did you choose to join the company?

The clear career progression path and the great development program that Blueprint has in place. In general, the role sounded very exciting and came with prospects for my personal growth. I also liked the company’s morals and the fact they had a clear plan for the future development of the company.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I enjoy going to the gym, doing Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and playing football. I also listen in podcasts.

I also do some charity work, helping charities accommodate food for the suffering in Palestine.
