Your Invitation to Leicester Business Festival: The future of the workplace
Leicester Business Festival is taking place between 2nd to 13th November 2020 and we’re delighted to announce that we’ve been selected as a host venue for one of the virtual events – which you can sign up for now!
Every year, the Leicester Business Festival brings influencers, innovators and inspiration together into a unique and exciting fortnight of free business events that take place across the whole region.
The event we’ve been selected to host will focus on the future of the workplace and takes place on Tuesday 3 November from 10.00-11.30am.
Although meeting in person might be limited due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the webinar format presents unlimited opportunities for HR professionals, property professionals and senior leadership teams to sign up to take part virtually. If we’re allowed, up to twelve delegates can attend the actual presentation and tour our offices, Worklife Central, in order to gain first-hand experience of how a workplace of the future can support your people to be happy and motivated.
Our presentation will give you a unique insight into how and why the workplace is changing.
People are your business’s most important asset and during our webinar you’ll find out what they really need to be happy, healthy and therefore productive. We’ll explain the key dynamics behind this and equip you to define the challenge for your own business.
We’ll also explain how to resource your people properly by recognising their fundamental needs as human beings. With advice on how to devise measurable and sustainable improvements that will meet their needs, remove stress, and help you build a better business.
