Can you inspire companies to appoint Blueprint Interiors to transform their workspaces?

Blueprint Interiors is looking for a talented relationship builder to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

We’re looking for someone with an established track record in a similar or related business development role, preferably with experience in our industry.

The ideal person will be based in the West Midlands, but if the right person comes along, we’re happy to consider anyone who lives within the Midlands region who is happy to travel.

Your primary role will be to identify new business opportunities. You’ll be looking for companies who are moving, expanding or refurbishing their offices.

These opportunities could be with existing clients or with companies who‘ve not used us before. Our typical clients have common goals – they want an organisation that is working to its full potential.

You must be able to passionately convey how our workplace consultancy, design, fit-out, furniture and technology solutions can help them improve their staff wellbeing to create a happy, motivated and energised workforce, and how this helps to impress their clients, improve their bottom line and increase employee retention.

Although this is mainly a field based position, you’ll work closely with the wider team at WorkLife Central to close these new business opportunities, as well as be encouraged to invite people and guide them through a tour of our fabulous living showroom facility in Ashby de la Zouch.

To be successful in this role, you‘ll need to be a good networker and preferably have existing relationships with the local commercial property agents and architects.

You’ll be supported with some lead generation from our marketing team and be expected to follow up enquiries that fall within your geographic area.

A motivated hunter would be ideal, but as we are focused on offering consultancy first to ensure we fully understand our clients needs, we also need someone who values the benefit of building relationships from scratch, who has the ability to maintain and develop relationships over the longer term.
