Kimberley Bloor

I am the Head of Design at Blueprint Interiors and my role is really made up of 2 aspects. First I am a Designer working on my own projects. I’m part of the clients journey from the start – taking the brief, creating 2D layouts with inspirational imagery through to the full design including the 3D model with samples and product selection.

I then ensure this is handed over to our fit-out team whilst supporting them on site. As a designer we will have multiple projects at one time. The second part of my role is being to head up the design team, managing the work load and checking in with each designer, ensuring we keep developing as a team.

What do you like most about working at Blueprint?

A unique element of Blueprint is the creation of our offices. The design for WorkLife Central was created from the whole team’s input to create a space that works for us. Everyone is proud of the space and involved in the constant evolution which I love being a part of!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

In my spare time I enjoy going to music events and theatre, adventure holidays – as I can’t seem to sit still by the pool – and playing with my lovely nephews!
