Chloe Sproston

I work closely with clients in the early stages, learning all about their business objectives and company ethos, with the aim of developing a workplace strategy that can help their people to make those happen.

I then work closely with our design and contracts team to shape an effective solution – including design, budget and timescales objectives – resulting in a project masterplan.

What do you like most about working at Blueprint?

I’ve always enjoyed the transformational side of what we do. After graduating, my first interior design position was at Blueprint, so I soon set to work learning all about the theories and products available to us as workplace designers. When I got to be part of the team who delivered the ideas too, it was an added kick. Now our fantastic design team pick up the creative output whilst I focus on the client’s masterplan and I love the variety of people we get to work with and the personal level we engage at. We get to experience the excitement building from day one and ultimately how the results affect their everyday working lives.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I try to keep the creative juices flowing outside of work too; I’m a keen potter and took evening classes for many years and usually have a house DIY project or sewing project on the go. Having said that, these days most of that time is taken up with entertaining a toddler (arts and crafts activities – usually top of the agenda of course!)
