Looking at your workplace? Let's talk

Our people are a huge part of what makes Blueprint special, and we’re proud to welcome two new members to the team: Tom Beeson, our new Associate Project Director, and Gemma Wort, who joins us as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice.

These appointments come as we’re celebrating 25 years in business and looking firmly towards an exciting future!

Investing in our team is a top priority, and Tom and Gemma’s appointments reflect our commitment to building the best team possible.

Tom joins us in a new senior role, bringing extensive industry experience to the business, while Gemma starts her career with Blueprint through an apprenticeship, developing her skills as part of our growing finance team.

A new role for the next chapter

Tom joins Blueprint in a newly created senior role, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the commercial interiors sector.

As Associate Project Director, he’ll work closely with our directors to shape the strategic direction of the business, strengthen our project expertise and support Blueprint’s continued growth.

Having previously worked with us as a subcontractor and helped deliver one of our largest projects to date, Tom knows how we like to work and embodies everything Blueprint is about: creating standout spaces where people feel and work their best.

“Having worked alongside Blueprint previously, I’ve admired the team’s collaborative approach and commitment to delivery, so joining the team feels like a natural next step,” says Tom.

“Throughout my career I’ve focused on project planning, contract management and delivering high-quality interior refurbishment projects. I’m pleased to bring that experience to this new role and contribute to Blueprint’s continued growth.”

Creating opportunities for new talent

Gemma joins our growing finance team as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice, supporting the accounts function while developing her knowledge and experience through a structured apprenticeship programme.

Her appointment is part of our continued commitment to giving young people the opportunity to learn, grow and build a career within the industry.

“Joining Blueprint is a great opportunity for me,” says Gemma.

“I’m excited to be learning on the job, building my knowledge and being part of a company that’s investing in its people. I’m looking forward to developing my skills and seeing where my apprenticeship takes me.”

Building the team for what comes next

For our Commercial Director John Tansur, the two appointments are an important part of Blueprint’s continued development.

“Tom’s experience, commercial insight and understanding of our sector make him the ideal person to help us shape the next phase of the business,” he says.

“At the same time, we’re passionate about investing in emerging talent and creating opportunities within our community and sector. Bringing Gemma into the business through an apprenticeship reflects our investment in the next generation.”

As Blueprint marks 25 years in business, we’re continuing to strengthen the team behind our work, combining experience with new talent and making sure we have the right people in place for what comes next.
