What we did

We delivered a new 7,000 sq ft HQ at Excelsior House in Ashby, building on the partnership already established through Q Collection’s Singapore and Sri Lanka offices.

Where we started

Q Collection is a global fashion manufacturer producing apparel and textiles for international brands and retailers, committed to quality and sustainable production. As their UK presence grew, they needed a headquarters that could connect their workflow in one place, making it easier for teams to develop product, involve clients and keep progress moving.

The team didn’t want a traditional office. They needed a base that could support hands-on development, host clients and connect smoothly with international sites, without disrupting workflows.

Where we focused

We began by digging into the detail behind Q Collection’s process, including how garments are developed and how teams collaborate across locations and with clients. That understanding shaped the layout and the way the space functions, ensuring the headquarters could support hands-on development, clear reviews and confident decision-making.

What changed

The new headquarters showcases specialist technical areas, including a lingerie lab and knitting lab, supported by a fit room and content area. The team can now easily flow from concept to development and finally into review.

Client collaboration sits at the heart of the space through a co-creation area with tiered seating, a presentation space and a runway, supported by a flexible lounge that can switch between showroom-style use and more informal working sessions.

To strengthen day to day connection with overseas manufacturing sites, we delivered a Virtual Quality Lab with TecInteractive. Using high-resolution camera technology, it connects the UK team with Singapore, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, better supporting detailed remote reviews.

The impact

The result is a headquarters that supports Q Collection’s UK growth while keeping the wider business connected. It brings key moments of development, review and collaboration into one space, improves the client experience, and helps teams operate with momentum.
