Important Update from Blueprint Interiors: Coronavirus Covid 19 Pandemic
Dear colleague,
In light of the Government announcement at 20:30 hours on 23rd March, we write to confirm that our interpretation of that advice is that our contract works will not be recognised as “essential’ and that consequently any further attempt to continue with current site work or visits of any kind will be ruled contrary to public health.
Our immediate interpretation of circumstances is that this period must be viewed as a compulsory minimum 3-week temporary suspension in the contract works.
All sites will have been made secure and all potential hazards secured at the close of play today and therefore no attempt should be made to travel to site and gain access.
Like you, we are still coming to terms with the full extent and consequences of the announcement but we are certain that you will both understand and agree with our initial formal response.
If you have any queries, please contact your Blueprint team colleague.
We will undoubtedly issue further statements of our intentions as the situation becomes clearer and if Government advice changes.
Thank you for your continuing support, please rest assured we are committed to completing our work at the first opportunity.
