As we can carry out design work and tendering processes simultaneously, we can fast track the project requirements and iron out problems much earlier than using a traditional design and tendering process. By design and project management working together, the design process itself irons out issues such as long order times and cost saving options.
Design is a flexible process that can go through several incarnations from the workplace brief to the start day on site and as designers we aim to inform you of all the possibilities. As constructors we look to achieve completion efficiently and without delay. Tying these objectives together in your timescale is our aim.
By teams working together, cost control becomes an inherent strength right from the word go. By working simultaneously, the budgets you are given during the design stage become meaningful and allow you more confidence when continuing with your internal budgeting exercises. The ability to involve construction parties from an early stage coupled with our expert knowledge of the market, allows us to provide you with this budget.
As project managers, we will oversee the health and safety as well as quality of workmanship once on site. We will liaise with your landlord, developer, service providers, suppliers and consultants to ensure the schedule is on target and we will contact you regularly with progress reports.

Following completion of the construction, a final quality check can be carried out prior to commissioning and handing over to the client. We will provide a Project Pack that contains as built drawings, plus manuals and care instructions. As the moving day approaches, we will ensure there’s minimum disruption to your business and do everything we can to ensure it is a smooth transition.
