step 2: your workplace design
whether it’s workplace consultancy, contracting or furniture, we’ll be sure to have a tailored solution for you

After the brief is tied down, we can start on the vital task of creating an inspirational workplace. Over the years, we have invested time and money to ensure that we understand what works in today’s modern office. Not only will your clients be won over by the portrayal of your brand and corporate identity, but also staff benefit from better space management and a new wave of motivation.

The design team will illustrate the scheme through 2D plans, 3D computer-generated images and virtual walkthroughs, samples of finishes, coupled with visits to showrooms and previous projects to bring the ideas to life.

This process will give you a handle on:

  • space planning and traffic flows through the building
  • internal lighting schemes for work areas and decorative features
  • finishes and fittings for flooring, partitioning and wall finishes
  • furniture specification based on the design and your budget

We will consider sustainable office design and environmental compliance, as far as you would like us to.

Once the concepts are tied down, we will present the scheme to your stakeholders, or provide you with all the relevant information in order to get approval. We’ll continue to work up the concepts until everyone is on the right path and you are happy to sign off.

From concept to the finished build, your dedicated design team will create a design concept for the space that reflects your brand and budget
