Size: 1000 sq ft Reception and lobby
Scope: Interior design, presentation material, full fit out package
Time scale: April ’09, 3 weeks on site, out of hours

step 1: brief

create fresh interior design scheme for reception and entrance lobby
use the opportunity to add disabled WC facility
consider how to create a neutral base and communicate the scheme to multiple tenants
all work to be completed out of hours
manage the set budget

step 2: design

full 3D visualisation and finishes presentation including walk through
WC created and plumbed from first floor
specialised finishes sourced including fabric wall paper and Di-Noc laminate film for lift shafts and doors
tiled floor retained and cleaned
modular reception counter
artwork design, two sets supplied to create a change half way through the year
