They also administer significant grant funds on behalf of a variety of partners and are skilled at delivering European funded projects.

step 1: brief
- working alongside Graymatter, we were instructed to guide EMB through a true turn-key package for their new offices, offering design, space planning and contracting
- consider the feasibility of different properties, analysing the spaces with space planning and discounting or developing as required
- consider a variety finish qualities to help with budget planning and to demonstrate value for money
step 2: design
- introduced the clients to new ways of working with more of a focus on hot-desking, and less on workstations for every individual
- created breakout space for more informal meetings, therefore relieving pressure and the need for so many meeting rooms
- chose new fit out finishes such as carpet, kitchens and partitioning products to compliment the existing developers specification
- developed furniture finishes to fit in with EMBs existing offices to create a consistent brand look across the different sites
step 3: implementation
- full fit out service including:
- general contracting, kitchen design
- carpeting and specialist flooring
- adding to the existing lighting scheme for office spaces and meeting rooms
- feature decoration
- window dressing, furniture installation, office accessories, vinyls and graphics
- office removals, plus disposal of old office furniture as required
