step 1: brief

  • to fill the atrium spaces either side of the central reception area with mezzanine levels to create display spaces downstairs, a conference suite upstairs plus executive office spaces
  • consider ceiling treatment to create dramatic showroom effect on the ground floor
  • consider appropriate level of finish for executive areas on new first floor areas

step 2: design

  • raft design using 1200 wide ceiling portions, fabric back drops, and suspended ‘surf’ light fittings
  • flexible conference area with Delphi leather armchairs and flip top veneer inlay tables
  • executive offices with workstations, meeting space and soft seating for visiting company representatives to base in

step 3: implementation

  • recommendation of team to create structure, followed by:
  • general contracting
  • carpet and barrier flooring systems
  • new lighting installation
  • furniture installation
