step 1: brief
We have completed numerous works with E.ON over the past 5 years. Newstead and Bolton were furniture projects won through competitive tender. E.ON’s intention was to provide quality furniture to all of their employees. The key objectives were as follows:
- to ensure the installation is carried out within the project timescales
- to obtain value for money
- to ensure all applicable legislation is met
- to ensure all health and safety requirements are met
step 2: design
Our service coupled with bespoke solutions ensured we were top of the list. Here are some examples:
- used furniture partition system to create Ops Bridge in Nottingham. This meant the building integrity didn’t have to be altered therefore saving dilapidation costs if the business were to move out
- developed special pedestal with two lockable drawers for Bolton Call Center for desk sharing
- worked with manufacturers to alter systems furniture to ensure all workstations were height adjustable
- ensured our service commitments were always satisfied both during installation and since, building strong relationships with facilities teams
step 3: implementation
- projects delivered on time and on budget
- phased according to client's project time scale, following contractors through floor by floor
- splitting of packaging ready for recycling
- project and maintenance packs issued to all teams for aftercare
