Rachel joined Blueprint in 2001, since when she has gained a wide knowledge of how the company
operates. She acts in account management, and works closely with the client and installation
teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the clients complete satisfaction.

Chloe has been part of the Blueprint team since 2006, and has a 1st class honours degree in interior design. Her ability to take a project brief and then blend creative design with practical solutions, ensures clients have all the tools to make an informed decision on their workplace.

Pam joined us from an interiors business in Leicester, and uses her previous knowledge for ordering and tracking jobs to ensure they come in on time whilst looking after the accounts alongside Rachel.

STEVE BLACKNON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Steve works with us in an advisory capacity in a non-executive role, helping with strategic business planning including training needs, marketing strategies, finance requirements, and general plans for the future. His impartial advice on all aspects on the business is invaluable when backed up with his 30+ years experience of commercial lending with a high street bank including five years as a management consultant.
KIM BLOORDESIGNER
Kim is responsible for developing our clients briefs into workable design solutions for their businesses. Kim enjoys exercising her design flair whilst ensuring projects are compliant by implementing her knowledge of building standards.

CLAIRE MUTTOCKBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Claire is responsible for generating new sales leads, diversifying the firm's marketplace, developing new business ideas and increasing Blueprint’s social media presence. Part of her remit will also involve securing further opportunities in education, with particular emphasis on academies that are looking to refresh and improve their school premises.
